I’m a fairly new driver and this is the WORST insurer ever. A lady drove in to me 5 day after I started my policy with them. As they are only a broker the past me on to at least 6 different companies to do my claim. Then I decided to get my own solitaire. A month into all this they cancel my insurance and notify me by email. I called to ask why they said I have not sent prof of address and no claims bonus. I had sent it several times by email and every time a called they gave me a different email to send it to. I then asked for my money back as I had paid £1220 for insurance I don’t have anymore. They said as I had a claim I can’t get my money back. I said it wasn’t my fault and the claim is still on going. My car hasn’t even been looked at to date. They said if it isn’t my fault after the claim is raped up I will get my money. I today got an email saying I owe them £60 and if not paid in 7 days I will have debt collection agency come for my stuff. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I AM VERY ANGRY AND UPSET. As am I not only £1220 out of pocket but now they want more money. DO NOT INSURANCE WITH THEM. It’s not worth the harassment.
