Easy and friendly to deal with. Reimbursement for treatment came as expected, so it's comforting to know the cover works when needed. It could have potentially come through a little quicker, but it was OK. The main question remaining - will my premium skyrocket come renewal time..?

I haven't had a need to claim (and the real proof is in the pudding..), but everything else has been very easy and straightforward. It's the best price for suitable cover that I could find too (by a long way!).
