Paid out with no problems!

- Cheapest option for my older cats. - Covered everything I needed. - Friendly and easy to deal with. - When I needed to claim (a rather large claim) the process was easy and, most importantly, they paid out in full with no problems at all. So far so good!

Easy and friendly to deal with. Reimbursement for treatment came as expected, so it's comforting to know the cover works when needed. It could have potentially come through a little quicker, but it was OK. The main question remaining - will my premium skyrocket come renewal time..? Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019

So far so good!

I haven't had a need to claim (and the real proof is in the pudding..), but everything else has been very easy and straightforward. It's the best price for suitable cover that I could find too (by a long way!). Reviewed on: 30th July 2018

NOTE: I have not yet had a need to make a claim. As with any insurance, the real proof will be in the claiming experience. I have recently purchased this insurance for my four cats. - The process was quick and easy. - The prices seem competitive. - I had a few questions that were answered reasonably well (and quickly) over the phone.
