Customer Service?

I have been running a (small) business account at Barclays for a number of years - I rarely have to go into a branch, and most transactions are done on the internet. So far so good. However I've had three instances when I've been locked out of my account for no reason, and unable to transact. When I've called customer services to sort out and get me back online they have absolutely failed. They've made promises - 48 hrs and you'll be back online - Didn't happen. On every occasion I've had to go into a branch to transact. My most recent incident has been ongoing for two weeks, and I'm still having to go into a branch to transact - useless. Now finally I've decided to bite the bullet and find another online bank Reviewed on: 27th October 2017
