So difficult to track down truly helpful agents

Contributed to reward scheme but during lockdown unable to use hot drink vouchers etc. left with more than £80 of useless vouchers Trying without success to get recompense took long phone calls calls with agents whose English accents were almost impossible to understand and comprehension of my English very poor.
