Treating Customers fairly??!!

Appalling treatment of existing customer who has been trying to switch her mortgage onto a new repayment method nearly 2 months ago, Poor communication from the lender and still no indication of how long this will take? in the meantime the customer is being putting in a negative financial situation. Brilliant Customer Service at Weekend

As usual the Dudley team were very helpful. I needed help with the Junior ISA that I have and Caroline tried very hard to find someone to advise me, even though the phones were playing up! After several calls she found me Helen at one of the branches who was really helpful and searched for all the varied queries I had! The staff at Dudley are always friendly. Don't seem to tke security seriously

I opened an account and transferred money in but was unable to access it because of an incompatibility issue with an F-Secure banking protection. I raised it with them and was passed to their back office - they said they would look into it after I refused to turn it off and conpromise my pc and a/c. And when they didn't get back to me I asked again - ignored. In the end I rang the custiomer service and asked for written confirmation they had rec'd the money, which I got. F-Secure is Talk Talks partner internet and banking protection and I never had an issue with other bank sites. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

I have never in all my life experience d such amazing and efficient service as that provided by the staff of Dudley Building Society. From my initial enquiry right through to the Unincorporated Two Year Fixed Rate Bond account being opened. Staff ( particularly Claire Bryan) were so kind and helpful and sorted everything for me in a matter of days. We'll done Dudley Building Society you really deserve all the praise you receive. 2 years ago, I was looking to open savings accounts for my children. At a time where interest rates were at their lowest, Dudley had the best deal in my opinion. Since then they passed on every rate increase very quickly. And when you call with a query, staff are incredibly helpful. Couldn't be happier with the service. Arriving at the branch for our appointment we were met by a warm welcome and smiles. Tea was made to start our appointment, all paperwork was completed in a friendly and efficient way. Our questions were answered and if the staff couldn't answer a question they contacted another ptofessional whe could assist us. An excellent service. I cannot recall ever recieving a better service. The staff at this branch always go the extra mile. Staff also kept us updated by phone regarding the progress of the opening of the account as it was a complicated process due to the product we were choosing.. Reviewed on: 17th December 2022

Opening 2yr Saving Bond

I've had a few problems but your staff have been very helpful. Unusually, as a new personal customer I wished to open a 2 year savings bond but this was complicated by the fact that I was also the nominated person for Charity Trustee account. My online application for a personal saving bond repeatedly failed and I only could discover the reason for this when I contacted your staff. I found your online on-line log off after 120 seconds inconveniently short – have you considered extending this to say 5-minutes as typically used by banks? Lastly it seems I have to use same email address for both personal account and charity account - far from satisfactory. Kingswinford Office. Very Pleasant Staff

Carol and Brenda were very helpful. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted because I had seen 5% for a 5-year bond when checking the internet. I do not trust the internet for conducting any kind of banking, so I went to the Kingswinford branch to set up a 5-year bond at the counter Carol and Brenda made me aware of the full range and I found that the 2-year bond at 4.75 was a better choice for me, thanks to them.
