My association with ASC goes back 19 years,just recently I enquired if it was possible to release equity from a commercial freehold I own,I was put thru to Andre the confidence trickster dent,!!!!!, initial phone call didn't realize any potential,a few hours later,he makes contact,ASC, has numerous lenders,I can do the deal, business review is required,fill in the necessary paperwork,give me a couple of days,then,it will cost approx £500 to liase with the lenders,then one and a half percent of the deal,no problem,I will contact you,guess what,a another customer suckered!!!!,the guy didn't make contact,it was me who had to chase,after numerous calls,the realization,oops,,if anyone uses this company,be very careful,Andre dent is a misdirectionist,with no integrity,no honesty,and certainly no customer care
