Fidorbank customer service ignoring my pleas for help

I was stranded in the Philipines during lockdown and lost my Fidorbank Creditcard and bank details,i also no longer had access to my email adress i contacted Fidorbank customer service for help and to give me information on my account, balance details etc, although i attached a copy of my passport and a signed declaration, they just ignored me saying that i have to email them from my registered email adress which i no longer have access to! terrible customer service and lack of compassion.
