Payplan saved me and gave me my life back

Unfortunately I lost my job as a result of covid pandemic after working for 34 years for the same company. Which you can imagine was a really tough time as I was in a high salary job which I worked really hard to succeed in. I had a series of debts where my salary was a lot higher and tried to reduce my monthly payments where my new job was a lot less money. I spent months trying to sort it out, which you can imagine was very stressful. Nat West told me they couldn’t help and to speak to Payplan. I only wish I had done months before & when I did was my first night I actually slept. My health wasn’t great and all stress related. Payplan have been amazing and supportive throughout with everybody I have spoken to. They are so professional and really supportive in their approach as well as communication and caring approach. Amazing & efficient support all at levels.

Unfortunately I got made redundant & spent months trying to negotiate with my bank who I had been with for 35years as I took on a new role but a quarter of my salary. It was so stressful loosing my job but also trying to manage my debts which was all new and a terrible journey for me where I had been with my company 35 years! Payplan allowed me to sleep again at night and assured me and supported me throughout & truest grateful. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
