Terrible Company

Have been waiting 3 months for a determination on my claim. Poor customer service. Very difficult to contact them by telephone. Constantly find excuses to not give decision on claim, ask for more information that isn't necessary, misplace supporting evidence that has already been sent. Seem to do everything in their power to avoid paying out. Blame covid, spike in claims etc..... for delays in dealing with claims but actually they just seem totally incompetent! I have an annual policy which still has over 6 months to run, should I decide to travel again within this time I fully intend to take out a new insurance policy with a different provider such is my lack of confidence in this company!! I would hate to have to deal with them in a real medical emergency whilst abroad. Reviewed on: 15th July 2022
