Terrible Company

Have been waiting 3 months for a determination on my claim. Poor customer service. Very difficult to contact them by telephone. Constantly find excuses to not give decision on claim, ask for more information that isn't necessary, misplace supporting evidence that has already been sent. Seem to do everything in their power to avoid paying out. Blame covid, spike in claims etc..... for delays in dealing with claims but actually they just seem totally incompetent! I have an annua...
