I was tricked into opening an account with ulster bank under the pretence that I would get a ufirstgold account. But after transferring over I was told I could only have the standard current account. They also put me in an overdraft trap so I kept having to constantly pay them money. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

Right from the get go PayPlan have been professional and empathetic. I went with 2 prior to payplan and it’s like night and day. PayPlan are fantastic. No other way to describe.
