They are an atrocious company. All I wanted to do was transfer an account from them, and 2 months later nothing has been done. They didn't have the right details held against the account, they deny receiving paperwork after having told me they have the transfer papers.

Worst customer service. Deny receiving paperwork that they've already confirmed that they have, unable to trace accounts and then don't follow their own complaints procedure.
