Halifax was my first bank account and I have been banking with them for almost 20 years. I have never had any issues and the app is easy to use. However there are very few rewards, the rewards that you are given are not tailored to your personal spending, and interest is low.

Never a long wait on the phone to customer service. Never had a bad experience - operatives are friendly and go over and above.
