Smooth process

It was easy to open the account and easy to manage it using the app. The only minor annoyance with the app is having to receive a code via text to log in. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

It was very easy to set up my account and use the app to administer it. The only minor annoyance was not being able to fund the fixed saver directly from another account also with Atom. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Not much to complain about

Having banked with NatWest for years my only real complaint is the biometric security (that the app uses for payments above a certain amount) which I have found to be very unreliable. The app works fine otherwise. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Easy to get quote online

I haven't had to claim for anything yet, so can't comment on that aspect, however, it was very simple to get the quote online. A few days after purchasing they noticed that I had also got a quote with slightly different parameters and so checked that the policy I purchased did satisfy my needs. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
