Have to send a letter to cancel....A letter.....in 2022. Literally every other time I've cancelled car insurance to move to another provider has been over the phone and done without issue.
Cancelling as they increased my monthly payment by 30%. Also having to pay £60 for the joys of sending the letter of cancellation.
Shambles. Wouldn't use again, and would very much recommend against. Avoid.
