Extended insurance with the Company after being with them for 5 years then realised I was being charged double the going rate.
I went to cancel within the 14 day period although I was advised over the phone that there was no cancellation fee I was charged over £200 to leave and my credit rating was threatened if I didn't comply.
Terrible customer service and o loyalty to existing customers would avoid at all costs.
