* Got lesser amount in the recipient bank (Citibank N.A India)
* The assigned support person was not professional: "We cannot support any further" (just with 2 days of 3 or 4 email communications asking for the difference in the amounts)
* When asked for the amount difference, I was informed that the recipient bank or some intermediary bank charged for the incoming amount. Citibank N.A clearly states that they do not charge anything for incoming transfers. I'm not sure why intermediary banks need to be involved for such a prominent bank like Citibank N.A.
* Though the amount shown in the website was slightly higher than that of other providers, what was finally remitted was almost equal to that of what the other leading providers had promised.
* Other leading providers fix the exchange rate. But FreemarketFX does not do that too. So nothing is promised until the transaction is processed by them.
