Quick replacement when part was obsolete

The outer glass on my oven door shattered with no warning. An engineer was out within the next couple of days. When it was established the part was obsolete, a replacement was offered and delivered quickly. I was kept up to date by my claims manager. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022
