My account is frozen for no reason.

Tide have currently frozen my account for days on end, seriously affecting my business operation, without any explanation, with only generic responses from their 'customer services' that are effectively designed to get rid of me; i.e 'another team are looking into this, please be patient'. Furthermore, they have blocked my ability to upgrade my account so that I can access phone support to find out what is happening. This is the worst service I have ever received from any organisation. Absolutely unbelievable that they think they can behave like this as a business! I will not advice any body to to open an account with them.tide is useless Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
