Absolutely dreadful

We ordered the pre paid travel card. Picked it up. Only to get abroad and it not work. Turns out it hadn’t been activated properly by sainsburys and we were unable to access our account and the card. Sainsburys shifted us to Mastercard and they were just as keen to put off our calls. Hung up on us three times before actually getting through to them. Spent the first 4 days of our holiday with no money and unable to do anything. Absolutely appalled by both companies and it’s now cost us more to use other cards. And still waiting for a refund. Will not be recommending sainsburys to anyone. Awful customer service, not friendly or helpful at all. Thanks sainsburys for making our holiday far more stressful than it should have been.
