We had bronze cover form this company for a weeks holiday,
while we were away my wife had her handbag stolen.we went to court in Spain and had all court reports and documents. We claimed for around £600 of items,varifocal glasses, purse, bag, cash, driving licence,The glasses alone were £230.Al receipts were provided.We have just been informed they will pay £81 but the £100 excess wipes that out.Do not use this company
