Very difficult to make contact by telephone for any reason. Agents are not empathetic, caring, or concerned when you report an emergency. Company employs plumbers who tell lies, mislead customers, and do not complete work satisfactorily. Policy is not worth the paper it is written on.
Never again ! ! DO NOT waste your money, - avoid this company like you would the plague !
