Black Account Services

Airport Lounge service pointless waste of money they are never available to use, helpline even more pointless. Mixed view of this service, breakdown cover good, mobile phone Insurance poor excess costs as much to replace or repair. We used this service and got a poor replacement, battery was spent. Travel Ins not had the need to claim yet !!!. Tickets and concierge charge more than other companies. Travel money exchange can get better rates off other companies. Interesting writing this review I'm questioning now the value for money and if I will continue with Black Account. 34 years a customer of Natwest and the service in general has gone down considerably.
