Honestly the biggest shambles of a company ever experienced !|
Made a formal complaint regarding the car we had taken finance out on as it had broken down / engine was in smoking and multiple other things over four times in the first six weeks of owning the car.
Michele Taylor from Close brothers "head of complaints" apparently !!!! Was honestly the most unhelpful person I have ever met, SEVEN MONTHS later I am still chasing her. She avoids phone calls, no response to emails, when you do get hold of her she makes ridiculous excuses non of which solve the fact that I am paying for a car I cannot use !! STILL we have no solution.
I wouldn't touch this finance company with a barge pole !!!!!!! Still waiting for a call back eight months later. DIO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
