I have had a current account with barclays for over ten years now and it has always been a hassle free experience. Any time I have contacted customer service they have been happy to help and solved any issue in good time.

I have had an account with Barclays for a long time due to their highly dependable and helpful customer service. Their security is very good and have flagged unusual transactions in the past to check they were authentic. Only improvement would be an easier to use app with more features and money management tools
