Avoid this company they will try anything not to pay out

As always when these company’s want to sell you insurance it’s easy and clear but as soon as you need to make a claim there’s all theses terms documentation request and so much more claim ongoing for almost 6-7 weeks, claim still not settled, constant request for same documentation even though all documents that were requested have been provided made a official complaint for which I have heard nothing off, To be honest I think it’s not the best insurer to deal with and not a easy process getting a claim settled i think your best avoiding this company as they will try there very best not to pay out
