So ethical and so helpful

Triodos are always really helpful if I phone up. I love how ethical they are and that they always send plenty of information about all the good positive projects customer money is invested in. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

Love the ethics

I support everything about the ethics of Triodos Bank. This is so rare and refreshing in the banking world. Their customer service is also excellent. The newsletters are excellent and when I needed telephone banking help they were great. Reviewed on: 27th March 2023

Saving with a conscience

I love saving with Triodos Bank. The online savings account is easy to use. If I need to phone the staff are friendly and helpful and you don't have to wait long to speak to them. The savings rate seems fine. And best of all I know that they are using my money for good. They send me excellent and interesting regular updates on the projects and charities that they support.
