Vitality car is based on a small box that tracks your journeys. Drivers are then ‘rewarded’ when they drive well. The problem is, the technology is too unreliable. The customer service is no existent. You just get fobbed off with ‘the technical team are aware of your issue and dealing with it’ but they never do. Vitalitycar are the most frustrating and half-witted organisation I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
