These jokers have ripped me of numerous times.
Firstly the car they financed was declared dangerous due to some defects which the dealership were wriggling out of paying. Under section 75 I knew I could as motonovo as my finances to assist. Motonovo promised me the world a few days later it was a nope we are not helping. Eventually sorted myself.
Around 2 years later I wanted to place a private plate on the car motonovo told me there is a £30 charge and that the change could only be done over the phone when I telephoned weeks later the change was done for free when the change was confirmed as done I enquired about the £30 and the agent said there's no charge and said he couldn't understand why I hd been told there was a number of months later I asked for a early settlement figure which I paid in full - they failed to honour so I need up paying more money.
Also total and accomplished liars.
