I have been insured with M&S for the last 9 months, i have just moved address and called up to change my address,
Changing my address made my monthly payments go from £80 per month to £300 per month - i have been driving for 7+ years and think this is diabolical how m&S think they can charge loyal customers this amount of money
They did not want to help me with my payment they just told me to cancel and then i would have to pay a cancellation fee!
in hard times like we are in today i would not recommend this insurance provided to anyone absolutely disgusting
