I went in to branch to open two cash isa's for my girls I was told what to bring as I'd. which I brought then I was told it was incorrect id I had taken my passport and utility bill and my daughters birth certificates and national insurance certificates letters the service was rubbish and there was no customer service at all I will never enter this branch again and would not recommend it to anyone
