I had an accident last year which was eventually settled by their underwriters when I was assured this was not my fault and no blame would be attached to me. When my renewal notice arrived it had increased the premium by 117% from £260 to £565. When I called the customer services I was told that was the price because I had made a claim! I said I had been found not at fault she said but you made a claim. And continued to repeat that whatever I said. I cancelled my policy and found a policy which was almost half their quote.
