I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though.

Natwest offer a little of everything. I am apart of the fixed saving, saving the maximum of £150 per month and its interesting that I watch my money grow seeing interest building up every month. I love this app.

I recently got a loan from first direct and I must say I was impresses. I didn't know I would've gotten it so soon and it came in the right timing.

I have been apart of first direct for about 6 months and I do enjoy it. I am apart of the regular savings account saving the maximum every month and I would definitely encourage others to join.
