Went to my local branch to pay in a cheque, using my debit card for account details.
The staff member addressed me as 'SIr', then asked if it was my wife's account.
I told him it was my account.
'Oh, its a joint account then sir?'
'NO, it's my account'
I had to show my work ID to prove I was a lady. I have waist length hair. He was not being alert. Very annoying to put it mildly

When I had a mystery payment on my account, the agent found out who it was and a contact number for me to cancel it and got a refund sorted. No fuss. When I stopped a regular payment, it was stopped immediately. The agents are always friendly and polite.
