The company allowed me to pay my credit card off decided to then decline the payment after accepting it a week before and I’d already spent on it since and then took me over my limit got me a mark on my credit file and never gave me the refund of money I paid the card off originally with

Good with monitoring and keeping in touch , they could do with giving more options for other products if you already have one with them and be able to pay on an automated line so you don’t have to always wait for an agent to pay your bill and carry on with your day not waste time on hold
