Poor customer service

They held incorrect data provided by a 3rd party. I sent a copy of HMRC letter showing the correct details and they rejected the proof as it did not met there policy requirements. I rang them and they admitted there policy was flawed but refused to correct my details. They now want me to go through the complaint process which can take up to 8 weeks before it can be resolved. In the meantime my transfer out is being blocked which will most probably mean I will be financially disadvantaged. Which they feel is acceptable. Please do not use the company unless you do not need your pension income paid to allow you to pay your bills. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
