My dog was put to sleep in December 2022, as of Feb 2023 they have just come back to me and said they will not pay the £150 claim for death. This is because my dog had been to the vets previously with arthritis...err well arthritis is a degenerative illness! It became so bad it was kinder to say goodbye .
