Long story short, there was over a thousand pounds overpay on my statement, it took them two weeks ‘to investigate’, took me over 10 phone calls to finally get a refund from a person that finally took pity on me a processed it within 10 minutes, 10 minutes that’s how long it took and I’ve been fighting to get my money back for 2 weeks, while being constantly lie to - oh yeah you will get it tomorrow, next day? Oh yeah sorry my colleague made a mistake and it’s gonna be tomorrow, and so on for two weeks.
Avoid this company as much as you can!
