On my second purchase my card was declined which I later learnt was based on my first purchase being for a large amount. Apparently they tried to call me and left multiple messages on my home phone, none of which I received. I called them and after several attempts to get through (I ended the first few calls because I was on hold for so long) they finally unlocked my account. So now I have missed the interest free on my second purchase.
Poor service, will be cancelling my account.
