The worst lying bank ever

My IBAN was closed without giving any specific reason. I was told it was due to the change in partner, but I could not find such information anywhere on the Internet, including their own website. Also, after contacting the bank, in the menu options, there was a possibility to ask about international payment. Why, if it is not possible to make them anymore? The bank also did not reply to any of my messages in the app and on any of the social networks. It was the worst experience I've ever had with any mobile bank so far. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
