One star is one too many. I started opening a business savings account on the 9th January (two months ago). Since then I've spent hours on the phone being passed from pillar to post, driven to a branch, and lodged an official complaint. They have had my funds for a month, and still have not opened the account. Terrible communication and massive inefficiency. The worst banking experience I have had by miles in 40 years of running a business. My advice would be to avoid this bank. There are many others offering similar rates or higher and providing stress free efficient friendly service. Absolutely terrible. Reviewed on: 6th March 2023
