I moved my mortgage to TSB severa years ago as it had the best rate at the time. I find the online site lacking in information and now I am in a position to overpay I realise that I have limited myself by going with a product which limits the amount you can overpay each year and no flex at all on this when I spoke to them. Only a couple of years left so no point changing now but might have chosen differently if I did this again

I make AVC payments into my local government pension scheme via Prudential and have found the service to be very good and all communications to be clear and straightforward
