It is the first time in my life when I'm staying with the same insurance company and I'm getting charged even more for no extra benefit.
Tried to contact customer service for this matter, long waiting time for nothing, just to be told that there is nothing they can do anymore once they get your money.
My no claims discount bonus went up however the insurance price went up as well. They didn't even try to get me the same price as the previous year, not to even mention a cheaper one.
Again, first time ever when that happens and the only company that does it!
Would not recommend!
