Deducting two excess payments for single condition

Our dog developed crucial ligament problems and three claims were made for ongoing treatment by the same vets who have several branches. Pet wise claim that their ts and cs allow this as our dog’s was treated by two separate practises. Despite proving that it is a single company with four branches Petwise refuse to acknowledge this. We are now being threatened with recovery action and risk not only going on a blacklist but worse, if we accept what Petwise are stating then any future conditions our dog may develop may lead to a repeat of their deducting excesses for us taking the dog to a branch where they have more diagnostic equipment than the vet’s branch nearest to us. It doesn’t augur well for us. However we will take our case all the way to the ombudsman if they continue to refuse the payout
