Bank is good customer service is not

The app is easy to use and there are no fees interest is earned, planting trees is fabulous. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. They have no empathy, no understanding and no care for people who are in a urgent situation. When your situation is covered under certain protection they still don't care to help. Ignore your messaged and use the excuse that they have a influx of alot of messages tight now but that same excuse has been used for months!! You would think they would employ more people to cover the amount of customers. You make complaints and they tell you to go to the ombudsman. This time however I absolutely will and as I have enough evidence to prove they did not follow FCA rules I will win this argument!! Based on the customer service and there lack of everything above I would not recommend Kroo to friends and family. Actually I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if they want good customer service they will not get it at kroo. The app is brilliant and easy though so based on the app alone I would recommend them. All in all I am 50/50 whether I want to remain a customer or not. Reviewed on: 10th May 2023

Easy to open and run

They are a good bank and like many other banks they could do with making some changes and adding better features. The bank process itself is easy, and was quick to open and I haven't had any issues since opening the bank with the actual banking side of things. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
