I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of communication in the process of finding a good mortgage deal. Ramneet was very understanding and patient throughout my many queries, offering to find us several possible deals to compare and choose from. All in all a great experience and a breath of fresh air compared to other mortgage advisors I've liaised with!
