If it were possible to give a 0 or minus review I certainly would. The "service", such as it is from this shyster business is appalling. The "low mileage" devices they send out are nothing short of Micky Mouse rubbish, we've had three now and provided all the information in a timely polite manner, it's a pity their responses are not the same. They continually send a barrage of emails and texts threatening to cancel the policy unless the device is fitted and working yet the issue is most definitely with their trashy and faulty equipment. We even have the photos showing the device installed, emails and dates to confirm this.
My advice, DO NOT use More Than because it's More trouble Than they're worth. Appalling attitudes and disgraceful service. We'll definitely not be using them in the future and we'll be complaining to the relevant ombudsman.
