Don’t use online to close joint accounts. Service is poor. Post is slow. Communication is poor. When it goes wrong it’s impossible to correct. Took over one month to get them to issue cheque to correct address. I had to contact them five times and go in branch.

Great savings rate on regular saver account. Even increased the rate for existing regular saver accounts. Good customer service.
