I would classify Zopa as so so as they do not react well to any form of criticism. Their customer service certainly needs improving as currently they are very adversarial towards the customer.

Chip offers a very modern approach to saving, the app is straightforward and easy to use. Depositing money into the savings account takes minimal effort and customers receive an email confirmation. Contacting Chip via the app works well and the replies from Chip not only answer the question but are refresingingly human. The tone is friendly and approachable, just how banking should be.
